Do not ever ever ever rent any property from this real estate! They cheat you and do not keep their word! Worst maintenance for apartment..They come to fix things after a month..We have to call back and forth to get things done..They will take all your deposit money as well!!! Veryyy pooor, rude and worst real estate company I have dealt in my life!!

Excellent customer service delivered by Ms.Dana at Bayader office really she is an asset to the Bayader Team. Flats are really good in conditions, neat & clean as well. Rate are pretty affordable compare to others in Fujairah with same facility.

Worst real estate company! They rob your money..Do not in fact never ever rent an apartment through this Real Estate! No value for our money..No proper maintenance for the apartment! They blame you if previous tenants mess the place!
